At the FIFA Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your football gear and memorabilia. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in resaleable condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
